Himalayan Carpets Limited works hard to deliver the best possible products and services. We are committed to attaining and maintaining the highest standards in retail practice.


By purchasing carpets with us, either online or in person at one of our stores, you are entering into a legally binding contract with us. This means that both we and you have legal obligations.Your consumer rights are different when you buy online and these Terms and Conditions may not apply to, or may be different for, purchases made in one of our shops.


Product Descriptions

We do our utmost to ensure that all our product descriptions are accurate and up to date. Onvery rare occasions an error may occur. We are committed to correcting any mistakes as soon as we become aware of them.



The pricing information on this website was correct at the time of being published. Prices can vary between our online platform and our physical stores. We wish to point out that stock levels can fluctuate, depending on demand, and we would urge you to contact us by telephone to check the current availability of the carpet you require. We endeavour to update our prices and stock availability as soon as practicable.



We clearly highlight all our promotions online and in store. Be aware that some products may not be included in a promotion.



We will advise you of any colour or roll size variations, which occasionally occur as a result of manufacturers’ variations.



Our Free Delivery service is subject to the quantity of carpet purchased and your Postcode address. We endeavour to deliver all carpet orders within 10 working days but, where this may not be possible, we will liaise with you to advise of the likely delivery timescale. We do this in good faith. However, we use a third party delivery business to meet our distribution needs. Therefore, we will give you the best estimate of delivery details, i.e. day and timings, to the best of our knowledge.


All our deliveries are made between 9am and 9pm.


Be aware that we do not accept compensation claims made a result of late delivery by a third party delivery company.



Please note: We ask that you only contact us to arrange a fitter once your carpet has been delivered. We use our own professional fitters and customers using this service benefit from a 1 year fitting guarantee. We will advise you of the likely cost of your fitting when you book a fitter.


Returns Policy

Please be aware that we do not accept any returns- unless the carpet purchased is found to have a manufacturing fault. You are liable for the return of the goods, including packing and postage/delivery. Be aware that your legal rights may be adversely affected if you do not make us aware of a defect as soon as practicable.


Our products are suitable only for the purpose stated.


Order Cancellations

Himalaya Carpets Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. We can instigate a cancellation prior to delivery and will not be liable for any costs incurred.
